Begonia Raspberry Frills

These Multi-Petalled Picotee Begonias are striking and unusual! Besides their exquisite flower forms - either Double Rosette Trumpet or Prima Donna Ruffled - these named varieties possess the added attraction of having clearly defined picotee edged petals. If you want the best displays there really is no alternative but to grow hand-picked tubers from the ‘Renaissance' strains developed by the world famous Belgian hybridiser Arnold Van Peteghem. When you look at the size and quality of the blooms and the strength and vigour of the plants it's hard to believe that you are comparing like with like! All flower profusely from mid-July (earlier if grown in pots in a greenhouse) until the first frosts.
